Back to Fitness TUES AND THURS MORNING 10AM

2 classes a week for 4 weeks on our Back to Fitness workout block.

classes are TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 10am

This class is tailored to those who are returning to fitness after an extended period, pre/post menopausal, returning from injury or are beginners and looking for a class that is less intense on the joints.

This class is not about burn outs, explosive movements or pushing as hard as you can, it is about building muscle, building confidence and building a better body through basic movements and weight training. DOES THIS CLASS suit those looking for weightloss aswell? absolutely if your diet is right once you leave the gym! If you need help with nutrition you can book a nutritional consult to help you keep on track with whatever goal you have!
